FX100S-C Load Banks

Fortress Resistors’ FX100S-C Load Bank provides a continuous load of 100kW at 415Vac 50Hz in a lightweight enclosure. The digital meter allows you to measure power, voltage, current and frequency while also allowing you to record the data as you conduct your testing.

The FX100S-C is one of the lightest 100kW load banks on the market which will enable you to access locations you cannot reach with other load banks. The castors enable the load bank to be easily moved once in situ.

Power, neutral and earth connections are easily made to red, white, blue, black and green PowerLock panel drain connectors that match line source connectors commonly used in Australia and New Zealand.

The load is star connected and the neutral is brought out to a connector to allow for the testing of single phase loads up to 33kW at 240Vac 50Hz, in addition to 3 phase loads.

Auxiliary power of 230Vac 50Hz is used for fan and control power via a 10A 3 pin socket. You will be up and testing within moments of connecting your power source.

FX090N Load Banks

Fortress Resistors FX090N Load Bank provides a continuous load of 90kW at 450Vac 400Hz in a lightweight enclosure. The digital meter allows you to measure power, voltage, current and frequency while also allowing you to record the data as you conduct your testing.

The FX090N, once removed from the protective travel case, is incredibly light at only 32kgs. It is designed to be used on-board naval vessels and to be moved through the ship, including up and down decks, by a single person.

Power and earth connections are easily made to black, white, red and green Camlock panel drain connectors that match line source connectors commonly used on-board naval vessels. The load bank is specifically designed for 400Hz loads.

Auxiliary power of 230Vac 60Hz is used for fan and control power via a 10A IEC C14 socket inlet.

You will be up and testing within moments of connecting your power source.

X20F Load Banks

Fortress Resistors’ X20F Load Bank provides a continuous load of 20kW at 415Vac 50Hz in an indoor enclosure for data centres. The digital meter allows you to measure power, voltage, current and frequency while also allowing you to record the data as you conduct your testing.

The X20F is purposed designed for use in data centres. It has a low gradient of 30°C between the inlet and outlet air temperatures to accurately replicate real world conditions for testing air conditioning systems, in addition to the data centre power supply.

The load bank will fit into the space taken by a standard 19’ rack and is stackable to allow high power densities per rack space. Each load bank can be handled by a single person as it weighs just 27kgs, making it ideal for movement around a data centre hall.

Power connections are made with an IEC 60309 32A 3P 5-pin socket to match connectors commonly used in many data centres, allowing testing to be performed with existing power infrastructure.

Auxiliary power for fan and control power is taken internally from the main power supply.

X100F Load Banks

Fortress Resistors’ X100F Load Bank provides a continuous load of up to 100kW at 415Vac 50Hz in an indoor enclosure for data centres. The digital meter allows you to measure power, voltage, current and frequency while also allowing you to record the data as you conduct your testing.

The X100F is purposed designed for use in data centres. It has a low gradient of 30°C between the inlet and outlet air temperatures to accurately replicate real world conditions for testing air conditioning systems, in addition to the data centre power supply.

The load bank is mounted on castors but can also be lifted by a forklift when required, making it ideal for movement around a data centre hall. The X100F is essentially 5 load banks in one enclosure with power connections made to 5 separate IEC 60309 32A 3P 5-pin sockets to match connectors commonly used in many data centres, allowing testing to be performed with existing power infrastructure.

Auxiliary power for fan and control power is taken internally from the main power supply of one of the load bank sections (always connected first).

You will be up and testing within moments of connecting your power source.
